This page explains how refund requests are handled for digital subscriptions purchased for Slidgen.
Slidgen is a digital subscription service. Because access is granted immediately or shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not provided for ordinary usage after a billing period has started, unless required by law or approved as an exception.
If a free or discounted trial is available, customers should cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged multiple times for the same transaction, or billed after a confirmed cancellation, contact and include your account email and billing details. We will review the request promptly.
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges according to the timing and billing terms shown at checkout or in your billing area. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
Email and include the email address used for the account, the date of the charge, and the last four digits of the card if requested by the payment provider.
